Leading Australian social impact tech company, WithYouWithMe (WYWM), has appointed a new chair and two non-executive directors to its board to assist the company in its continued global expansion.
Last year alone saw WYWM launch into the UK and significantly expand its presence in other markets through numerous largescale commercial contracts—including a partnership with GED Testing Service® in America, which will provide the 700,000+ students who take the test each year with access to WYWMs insights.
We have appointed a new board that has the expertise and ability to improve our corporate governance and implement even greater rigour around operations as we continue to expand globally.

Joining WYWM as Chair of the Board is Drew Kelton. Kelton is a global business leader and professional board director. With 40 years’ experience in the ICT and telecommunications arena, he has held senior operational roles in the UK, Europe, India, Australasia and most recently the US. In addition to executive leadership roles in global organisations, he has also been responsible for startups, M&A transactions, and has listed a number of companies in both US and Australia. Kelton is currently Non-Executive Director of Superloop (SLC.AX), Non-Executive Chairman of Zoom2u (Z2U), and Non-Executive Chairman of UltraCommerce.
Kemp Battle and David Gray will both join as Non-Executive Directors.
David Gray brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, and capital markets. Involved in more than 300 advisory roles throughout his career, Grey is currently CEO & MD of Insight Capital Advisors, Non-Executive Director of Bis, and Chairman, and Trustee and Director of multiple family trusts/private companies.
Kemp Battle joins WYWM following extensive experience as a strategic advisor to leadership of organisations in the private and public sector. Fluent in strategic planning, brand management and group facilitation, Battle has worked with high profile brands, global educators, and emergent organisations.
