Meet the Career Success team

Adam is an ADF Army veteran of 9 years who first joined WithYouWithMe as a technologist in a Pega Squad. He is now working in our Career Success team and is excited to help start the next phase of your life, whether that be starting a new job or learning new skills.

Stephen served 8 years in the Royal Australian Navy. Having faced the challenges of military transition himself, he has worked in various industries and roles before relocating his family to the UK and eventually joining WithYouWithMe through our Squad program. Stephen is passionate about technology, the veteran community, solving underemployment, and helping people discover their potential.

Paula has supported serving and veteran military families over the past 14 years in a community support capacity. She is passionate about supporting others to reach their full potential and upskill into new tech roles. As a veteran spouse she understands the importance of managing family life with employment opportunities.
