Kathleen McGuire is a global technology leader with executive experience in governance, transformation, and digital strategy across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America. She is recognised for delivering large-scale programmes that drive operational excellence and innovation, building collaborative networks, and championing data ethics.

Kathleen is passionate about mentoring and empowering others, whether through STEM initiatives, supporting colleagues, or volunteering, finding genuine satisfaction in seeing people embrace technology and thrive. Her leadership is grounded in curiosity, humility, and a commitment to lifelong learning and positive change.

Claire Tunley

Chief Executive, Financial Services Skills Commission
Claire Tunley is Chief Executive of the Financial Services Skills Commission. Previously, she led skills and talent policy at City of London Corporation, where she was seconded to the Financial Services Skills Taskforce as a skills subject matter expert, helped establish a sector apprenticeship deal with the Professional Business Services Council and government, worked with the Government Equalities Office on a guide supporting women’s career progression, and created a partnership with local schools enabling disadvantaged students to gain professional financial services qualifications. 

Clare has over 20 years’ experience in skills and economic development across local and central government, is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and serves as lead governor for careers at a secondary academy in a deprived area.

Cia Kouparitsas

Chief Customer Officer, WithYouWithMe
Alicia ‘Cia’ Kouparitsas is an award-winning executive manager who has spent 15+ years leading teams in the IT sector across the Asia Pacific, UK, USA and Canada. Now, as Chief Customer Officer at WithYouWithMe, Cia dedicates her efforts to building highly skilled, innovative and thriving workforces while also creating opportunities for people from underserved communities.

Across global markets, Cia is a passionate advocate for building skills-based workforces that allow all individuals to realise their full potential, regardless of their cultural, social or employment backgrounds. She also works alongside leading organisations to support the strategic upskilling of diverse individuals.
