We assess individuals using data rather than relying solely on CVs or prior experience. By understanding aptitude, working style, learning preference and culture fit, we identify people with the potential to succeed in specific roles.
This skills-based approach allows organisations to access capable talent who may be overlooked by traditional hiring models — while ensuring strong alignment between individual strengths and business needs.
We prepare talent for deployment through structured, role-aligned training programs across 10 digital career pathways built around clearly defined Skill Sheets — practical frameworks that outline the capabilities required for success in each role.
Training focuses on applied skills rather than theory. At the end of each program, individuals complete a technical demonstration showcasing the skills they’ve gained. These demonstrations are known as Capstones and provide a practical way to validate capability and confirm readiness against the requirements set out in the Skill Sheet.

Deploy
Job-ready talent, deployed into your team
Once training is complete, talent is deployed into your organisation — either individually or as part of a Squad. Squad members are typically engaged through WithYouWithMe, often under a 12-month deployment model, with the intent to transition to permanent employment.
