WithYouWithMe’s industry accredited training programs help individuals rapidly build sought-after skills across 11 digital career pathways. With as little as 150 hours of self-paced, online learning, people are prepared to step into new roles ready to hit the ground running.

At the end of our training programs, each individual delivers a technical demonstration showcasing the new skills they’ve gained. These demonstrations are known as Capstones – and they’re our way of verifying new hires have the skills needed to perform in their role.

Once training is complete, new hires are ready to join your team, either as individual members or as part of a Squad. They are contracted through WithYouWithMe for one year, before being converted to full time with your organisation.
