Martha McKeen

Senior Manager of Cyber Outreach – Commonwealth Bank of Australia

The Cyber Outreach team within Commonwealth Bank’s Digital Protection Group aims to positively shape the digital environment to support safer online experiences for people, businesses and communities. As Cyber Outreach Senior Manager, Martha draws on a diverse skillset and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to drive forward Cyber Outreach streams of work which include cyber skills development, corporate and business client capability building, staff and community awareness and policy influence.

A Canadian expat, Martha has lived in Australia since 2013 and has quickly established a presence in the cyber security sector. Martha’s cross-industry experience in Australia includes CBA and the Cancer Institute NSW and in Canada, the University of Ottawa and Bruyère Research Institute where she led research projects focused developing a competency-based general practice curriculum and on communities of practice aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of the elderly population.

Tom Larter

CEO, ANZ – WithYouWithMe

Tom Larter has served in the Australian Regular Army from 2004 – 2017 as an Infantry Officer and Leader. Tom is now the CEO ANZ at WithYouWithMe helping military veterans’
transition from defence into the civilian sector – and other under-utilised talent to become competitive in the job market.

Tom is passionate about ensuring jobseekers find fulfilling employment at the right company to improve their future and that of Australia. He is leading the WithYouWithMe team across ANZ and is committed to solving underemployment and rectifying the gap between education and industry for the #futureoftheworker.

Darren Argyle

Chief Information Service Officer (CISO) – iCare NSW

Darren Argyle is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at icare NSW, Australia’s largest general insurance provider (based on its assets under cover of over $180 billion). Prior to joining icare, Darren was the former Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Qantas Airlines, and before coming to live in Australia, the Chief Security Officer at IHS Markit, a global FinTech headquartered in the UK. Darren has also held various senior international cyber security leadership roles at Symantec and IBM. He was named in the top 100 Chief Information Security Officers globally in 2017.

Darren also serves on the executive advisory board for cyber at Australian’s Deakin University, and was recently appointed as the Australian Ambassador for the Global Cyber Alliance.
