Reconciliation Action Plan 2022 - 2023

In 2015, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission cited the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples as the framework for reconciliation in Canada. 94 wide-ranging Calls to Action were laid out that call upon us all to challenge ourselves and our current understandings and beliefs in order to reconcile.

At WithYouWithMe, we recognize the part our organization can play in implementing these Calls to Action. We also recognize the significant work that needs to occur to ensure our Indigenous program – which focuses on upskilling, testing and deploying Indigenous Peoples into meaningful jobs within our organization or our partnering organizations across Canada – has a positive and sustainable impact.

The development of a Reconciliation Action Plan offers an opportunity for us to reflect on where we are presently as well as the journey that still awaits us.
