Whether you are new to technology or a seasoned tech professional, our aim is to give you the opportunity to secure a meaningful career path, regardless of your prior experience or family circumstance.

How it works

The first step is to take our online self-paced assessments, which will generate a comprehensive report covering your unique skills, aptitude, preferred learning style and ideal cultural fit.

From there, we’ll recommend some high-demand career pathways you would naturally excel at – and give you access to our free, industry accredited training.

You can speak to a member of our team at any time for personal support and guidance.

Finally, once you have completed your training, we have a global network of like-minded partners who are looking to employ talent just like you into their teams – and we’ll guide you through this process.

Meet Samantha

Former UK Metropolitan Police Officer Samantha signed up to the WithYouWithMe Potential platform and completed her aptitude and psychometric testing. The results accurately described her personality traits and learning style preference.

Samantha then selected a digital skills training pipeline that matched her preferences and aptitude through the WithYouWithMe Potential platform. After about 150 hours of online training she was job ready and applied for a tech role advertised through WithYouWithMe.

Shortly after applying, Samantha was offered a position as a Full Stack Application Developer (Java) with Northrop Grumman, a global defence and aerospace technology company.

Samantha is now an advocate for digital skills and encourages other former Police and Emergency Services personnel to contact WithYouWithMe to learn more about how they can find meaningful and stable work after their service to the community.
