It provides employers with a valuable opportunity to hire skilled tech talent into their teams through a government-supported social impact initiative.

The Digital Career Drive will see a cohort of technologists from underserved communities in Queensland including First Nations peoples, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, women, youth, displaced and mature workers will be upskilled for in-demand digital careers. The program will enhance digital literacy, driving better employment outcomes for participants while also offering employers access to a diverse, pre-trained talent pool to fill digital gaps.
