Supporting women in tech to build meaningful careers

Explore our program

WithYouWithMe’s Women in Tech Program aims to help more women realise the potential they have to succeed in the tech world. Currently, women only hold between 17 – 27%* of roles in the technology industry (*average rate across the markets in which we operate).

We are firmly focussed on levelling this number up by increasing female participation in the tech workforce and giving women the opportunity to learn digital skills.

WithYouWithMe helps women overcome traditional barriers to employment and break into high-paying, high-demand tech roles by providing free role matching, tech training and job placement.

Whether you are new to technology or already a tech professional, our aim is to give you the opportunity to find a tech career that rewards you and allows you to create a meaningful impact.

How it works

The first step is to take our online self-paced assessments, which will generate a comprehensive report covering your unique skills, aptitude, preferred learning style and ideal cultural fit.

From there, we’ll recommend some high-demand tech roles you would naturally excel at – and give you access to our free, industry accredited training.

You can speak to a member of our team or one of our female tech leaders at any time for personal support and guidance.

Finally, once you have completed your training, we have a global network of like-minded partners who are looking to employ talent just like you into their teams – and we’ll guide you through this process.

If you are ready to see what tech roles await you, sign up to our Women in Tech Program.

Carly Owens

Meet Carly Owens

Due to her Partner's military deployments, Carly and her family have relocated eight times in 12 years. Finding work was challenging. Carly had a decent work-life balance when she worked casually as a retail merchandiser, but she wanted more than just a job. Carly wanted flexible, intellectually stimulating work. After completing WithYouWithMe's AWS Cloud Practitioner course, Carly was offered a short work assignment by Accenture. BAE hired her next.

Carly trained in Cyber Security and helpdesk analytics through WithYouWithMe before joining BAE in 2022. As an Information Security Specialist, she supervises a BAE "technology Squad." Carly's role as BAE Team Leader has helped her grow as a leader and mentor her squad.  Carly loves working for BAE. "I'm motivated to surpass objectives and enjoy learning current information security skills and technology upgrades."  Carly can be more present with her kids and take her job with her if she relocates.
