Tom Larter is the Chief Executive Officer of WithYouWithMe, a global talent and skills company focused on building workforce capability through skills-based hiring. A former Captain in the Australian Army, Tom served for 13 years, including operational deployments to Afghanistan.

Since joining WithYouWithMe in 2017, Tom has helped evolve the organisation into a proven hire–train–deploy model, working with government, defence and industry to identify potential, develop skills and deploy job-ready talent into meaningful roles.

As CEO, Tom is accountable for ensuring WithYouWithMe delivers measurable outcomes for both talent and partner organisations, embedding a skills-based approach that aligns individual potential with real workforce needs.
