We're working to solve underemployment and level up the workforce

WYWM Academy

Supporting underrepresented groups to find meaningful careers

WYWM Academy is our not-for-profit arm which provides free testing and training to people from underserved communities around the world. Through WYWM Academy, we partner with leading global organisations to fund the upskilling of people who are underrepresented in the workforce including veterans, neurodivergent individuals, youth, Indigenous Peoples, women in tech, refugees and more.

We provide these individuals with free access to our psychometric and aptitude testing to uncover their hidden potential and free digital training programs to build their skills and find meaningful, future-proof careers.

Solving underemployment

Many people experience hardship as a result of outmoded and biased employment practices. People who don’t have years of experience, degrees or corporate connections are often overlooked for job opportunities, regardless of their suitability or potential. This triggers our deeply ingrained sense of justice. We want to help people to overcome the prejudices of the corporate world and provide a lifeline to those who need it most.

Building new career pathways

Technology doesn’t care which side of the tracks you come from, nor do we. We know there is huge propensity for tech skills lying dormant in overlooked segments of society. We know the cycle of unemployment and underemployment is degenerative and intergenerational. We know the barriers to entry from traditional training and education models preclude many groups. We want to change that.
