Career pathways

WithYouWithMe Squads

Start your journey in tech, no experience required

Squad opportunities are temp-to-perm roles within our partner organisations. These are available to people from underserved community groups including military veterans and their families, neurodivergent individuals, Indigenous Peoples, women in tech, youth, refugees and former first responders.

These technology-based roles typically start as a 12-month contract, followed by conversion to full-time with the organisation. All training is provided by WithYouWithMe. To explore our current open Squad opportunities, sign up to Potential and complete your psychometric and aptitude testing.
