WithYouWithMe Squads

A skill-based pathway into technology roles

WithYouWithMe Squads are skills-based roles deployed into partner organisations. Squad members complete aptitude testing and training before being placed into real technology roles, gaining hands-on experience while continuing to build capability on the job.

Squad opportunities are typically 12-month contracts, with the potential to transition to ongoing roles with the host organisation. All required training is provided as part of the pathway.
