WithYouWithMe is global tech company that helps organisations fully utilise their workforces, perpetually evolving the skills they have into the skills they need using our proprietary software platform and talent creation services. We call it 'employee activation' and it’s how we align individual career aspirations with organisational goals, ensuring both can thrive.

Our history

How we started

WithYouWithMe launched in 2015 with a vision to solve underemployment for military veterans. Our founders were veterans who saw their former colleagues struggle with the transition to civilian employment, often being overlooked for roles because they didn’t have the right experience, despite having a wealth of transferable skills.

They decided if the military can use aptitude testing, skills mapping and specialised training to get ordinary people doing extraordinary things, so too can other organisations. So, they created an HR technology platform.

Nowadays, Potential draws on more than 8 years of research and development to enable organisations to fully utilise their workforces while giving individuals the best opportunity to succeed.

Through co-development with our customers, we have built a unique skills mapping and capability development framework and honed our assessment suite to provide a holistic view of each individual’s natural strengths, then match them to roles and upskilling opportunities within an organisation. This approach draws on data from our more than 100,000 global users to underpin our highly successful commercial and social impact programs.

Our talent creation services

Our talent creation services leverage a ‘train, hire and deploy’ model to provide organisations with high-demand diverse tech talent – so they can address critical capability gaps while making a positive social impact.

Our diverse talent pool of more than 100,000 is made up of people from underrepresented groups including military veterans, neurodivergent individuals, First Nations peoples, and women in tech.

We take a holistic, skills-based approach to talent creation, aligning each candidate’s natural cognitive abilities, existing skills and ideal culture fit with an organisation’s requirements, then delivering rapid training programs to make them job ready.

Our not-for-profit

We know there is huge propensity for tech skills lying dormant in overlooked segments of society. Our not-for-profit arm, WYWM Academy, provides people from communities which are underrepresented in the workforce with free access to our platform. Through WYWM Academy, we partner with leading global organisations to fund psychometric and aptitude testing, digital upskilling and career support for these individuals.
