Data-Driven career choices for Athletes
We understand the Australian labour market intimately and know how to navigate HR systems.
We also know what it takes to be successful in sport and how crucial it is to find a new focus that not only harnesses your strengths but offers the opportunity to excel through drive, dedication and a ‘will to win’.

WYWM Athlete Associate Program
WithYouWithMe is running an initial program which will allow 10 select athletes from any professional or elite sporting
background who are looking to leave sport and pursue their next career. These athletes will be exposed to generalist roles in industry for up to 3 months in 2019. This enables you, the athlete, to learn about industry and key generalist skills such as sales, administration, briefing/presenting and basic business principles. This can be taught and practiced in a risk free environment designed to foster talent and provide social identity in a team environment before graduating to a new career at one of our employment partners.
If you’re interested in learning more about the program, you can download the outline here.
Otherwise, if you’d like to start your application by completing a series of testing, start by clicking the link below.
Great roles with zero experience
For example: Are you a hard worker that likes talking to people? A career in Sales or Recruitment could see you thrive in a competitive culture and get rewarded with a great commission structure!

After years of focus and passion dedicated to the game they love, the transition from life as a professional athlete into a new career is a daunting prospect. At the PFA we want to provide avenues for our footballers to be ahead of the curve in the job market. Through the WithYouWithMe program, our players are fully supported in finding a role that is both flexible [whilst still pursuing football] – and fulfilling [when it is time to hang up the boots].Erin Clout, Professional Footballers Australia
